A note from the founder

When I started building the VoyageCoat, I had no playbook. There's nothing else like this on the market, so every detail had to be figured out from scratch. The pocket layout. The fold mechanism. The duffle bag conversion. All of it.

That's also why this has taken longer than I first told everyone. I'll be honest, I underestimated how complex this would be. I switched manufacturers because the first one couldn't hit the quality I needed. I'm being patient with samples because I'd rather ship something I'd actually wear myself than rush something I'd be embarrassed by.

When will I be charged? +
Pre-orders are charged at checkout to reserve your unit at the launch price.
Why is this taking so long? +
The VoyageCoat is a brand new product with no template to follow. Every detail had to be designed and tested from scratch. We also switched manufacturers mid-production because the first one didn't meet our quality standards. We'd rather take a few extra weeks than ship something we'd regret.
What if production takes longer than expected? +
If anything changes, we'll email you immediately. We don't hide delays, and we don't cut corners to meet arbitrary dates.
Can I change my shipping address? +
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
What if I don't like it when it arrives? +
Returns are available after delivery according to our return policy. We want you to actually love this thing.
