When I started building the VoyageCoat, I had no playbook. There's nothing else like this on the market, so every detail had to be figured out from scratch. The pocket layout. The fold mechanism. The duffle bag conversion. All of it.
That's also why this took longer than I first expected. I underestimated how complex it would be, and I made the hard calls to get it right, including finding a manufacturing partner who could actually hit the quality I wanted. That work is done. The coats are in production right now, and they are exactly what I set out to build.
