Shipping Policy
VoyageCoat is currently sold as a pre-order item. Pre-order pricing is significantly lower than retail pricing, which begins once shipping starts.
Shipping Timelines
- Batch 1 (Shipment 1): Ships late July / early August 2026
Your shipment batch is determined by your order date. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery is:
- United States: 4 to 8 business days via USPS
- International: 7 to 21 business days (varies by destination)
International Orders
International orders include VAT and import duties at checkout where applicable, so your order ships duty-paid with no surprise customs fees at delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, email hello@voyagecoat.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your request and typically appear in your account within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Important: Please do not file a chargeback or PayPal dispute to request a refund. Filing a dispute pauses any active refund and delays your money by 30 to 60 days. If you have any concerns about your order, email hello@voyagecoat.com directly and we will resolve it immediately.
Tracking Issues
If your shipment has been marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@voyagecoat.com within 7 days so we can help locate the package.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your coat arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact hello@voyagecoat.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
