Pre-Orders
Voyage Coat™ products are offered on a limited pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Because each Voyage Coat™ is produced in limited batches and handmade specifically for this release, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds before the product ships. -
Pre-orders are open for a limited time and quantities are capped. Once your order is confirmed, your spot in production is secured.
Production & Shipping Timeline

Pre-order period: approximately up to 1 month

Production time: approximately up to 1 month after pre-orders close

Estimated total time from order to delivery: about 2 months

Shipping time after production: approximately 6–10 business days
Customers will receive email updates weekly or bi-weekly throughout production and fulfillment.
Returns After Delivery
Once your Voyage Coat™ has been delivered, we want you to be confident in your purchase.

If you are not satisfied after receiving your jacket, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Unworn

Unused
-
In original condition
-
With all original packaging

Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded before shipment

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Voyage Coat™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter with a replacement or refund where applicable.
