The Voyage Guarantee

If it doesn't work, we don't deserve your money.

People have been wearing layers of clothes to the airport to dodge bag fees for decades. Airlines can't charge you for what you're wearing. That's the rule we built this entire coat around.

We wouldn't have built this if it didn't work.

A year of R&D and design. Thousands of dollars in samples. A patent pending. Trademarks. None of that would exist if we weren't confident you can wear this coat onto any commercial flight without paying a fee.

But "we're confident" doesn't mean much if we don't put our money where our mouth is. So we did.

Here's the deal.

If an airline forces you to remove the coat, pay to check it, or denies you boarding because of it, we'll refund 100% of your order. The full amount. Every cent.

No fine print. No store credit. No partial refund. The whole thing back, to the original card you paid with.

What we need from you.

We have to ask for documentation to keep the guarantee legitimate. Here's what we need:

1. Video at the boarding gate

A clear video of the gate agent (not a flight attendant on the plane) stating that they're denying boarding, requiring you to check the coat, or charging you a fee specifically because of the coat. The airline name and gate number should be visible in the shot.

2. The receipt or check tag

If you were charged a fee, a photo of the charge receipt. If you were forced to check the coat, a photo of the airline's bag check tag attached to it. This proves the incident actually happened on a real flight.

3. Your boarding pass

A photo of your boarding pass from that same flight, showing the airline, flight number, and date. This ties everything together.

Send all three to hello@voyagecoat.com with your order number in the subject line. We'll review within 3 business days and refund right away if everything checks out.

The fine print, said plainly.

The guarantee covers airline-imposed issues at the gate, not airport security (TSA), customs, or random crew members in the cabin asking you to remove it for comfort. It also doesn't cover situations where you tried to bring obviously prohibited items inside the coat (lithium batteries in checked-side pockets, liquids over the limit, etc).

One claim per customer, per order. The refund is for the coat. Travel costs, missed flights, or other expenses aren't covered, because those aren't things we control.

We built this because nobody should be punished for packing smart. If we didn't pull it off, we owe you your money back. Simple as that.
